- Proofread all transcriptions prior to entering the data to avoid errors
- Perform additional tasks that are dependent on the provider

Front Desk Services Submission
- Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients
- Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information
- Schedule appointments between doctors and patients
- Liaise between medical departments with discretion and professionalism
- Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations
Credentialing Officer
- Initiate the process of initial and re- appointment
- Communicate directly with medical providers for completion of credentialing process
- Secure credentialing documents: ACLS, BLS, PALS, etc., Hospital affiliation, Peer references, Malpractice insurance
- National Practitioner Database (NPDB)
- Hospital Affiliations○ State License○ SAM/EPLS
- Maintaining credentialing documents up to date
- Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations
HR Support Services
- Accurately enters a variety of data into information systems
- Maintains the confidentiality of employee information at all times
- Works with human resource manager in maintaining the employee database
- Running reports in the system for license expiration and contacting clinicians for the updates
- Alerts appropriate team members on late or missing documents required by HR compliance
